I first became interested in health & safety ten years ago after taking up the position of Health & Safety Representative whilst working as a Systems Administrator at Wincanton. I then progressed and got more involved in SHE projects, and realised that I could make a change and enhance the working environment and make it safer for the people I work with. I was then promoted to Health & Safety Manager at the Lever Fabergé contract. I then moved to The Deva Tap Company as their Health, Safety & Facilities Manager and I am currently working at ICI Dulux Decorator Centers as their SHE Advisor.
